Circuit training is the base of The Blitz program, combining strength training with cardio-boxing.
The Blitz is a full service health facility for both Men and Women and you are not limited to the 20 minute workout. We have all the tools needed from cardio equipment to free weights and you can spend as much time as you want at our facility.
